Stratasys has announced that it will provide Indycar and NASCAR racing team Penske with its top 3D printing solutions for tooling and car parts, as well as rapidly manufactured engineering prototypes.
According to the company, it will also offer technical support to Team Penske – which has been responsible for over 440 major race wins, 500 pole positions, and 29 National Championships in open-wheel, stock car, and sportscar racing events – for customized motorsports applications and materials engineering.

Stratasys, for its part, will be showcasing and highlighting its partnership with the racing team by offerings customers tours of Team Penske’s facility, as well as technical talks and and product demonstrations. The latter are meant to exhibit Stratasys’ ‘unique solutions and offerings.’
