EMKA Concealed Gear Hinge 1007

EMKA introduced its 1700 180° concealed gear hinge that can be mounted within the width thickness of the doors, at a minimum dimension of 33mm.

This rugged “SOSS” type, concealed gear hinge delivers a smooth sliding action, and is vandalism resistant. It can be used in various applications including railway cars, offices, on passenger doors, and cupboard doors where hinge invisibility is desired.

The hinge construction combines polyamide 66 GF50, POM and PTFE high specification plastics with plated zinc die, steel and stainless steel components.
